From Overwhelmed to Empowered

Realign with who you are. Thrive in life & work.

At RI-ALIGN, my mission is simple: to empower ambitious people to realign their lives, rediscover their strengths, and unlock their full potential.

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, suspect you may be neurodivergent, or simply know the way you’re working isn’t working this is a space where you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported.

I'm Ria, founder of RI-ALIGN

I’m a Coaching Professional and ADHD Specialist with a passion for helping people unlock their potential and thrive.

My coaching journey began over a decade ago when receiving coaching myself completely transformed my mindset and my life. For the first time, I felt equipped with tools that worked with my brain rather than against it and I knew I had found my calling.

Since then, I’ve gone on to coach executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals from all walks of life, specialising in supporting those navigating the challenges of ADHD, burnout, and high-pressure environments.

My Story

For most of my life, I looked like I was coping and in some ways I was, but the truth is there was actually so much I was masking.

I was extremely capable, driven, and high-functioning on the outside, but inside everything felt harder than it should. I worked twice as hard just to stay afloat. I overthought everything, burned out regularly, and carried a constant sense that I was behind, even when I was hyper-achieving.

To set the scene, before my ADHD diagnosis, I was already a qualified ILM Coaching Professional. Through my training, I gained deep insight into neuroscience, focusing on how the brain works, why we behave the way we do, how habits form, and how our nervous system responds to pressure, stress and the Nervous System. Yet even with all that knowledge, I still did not realise that my brain was wired differently.

Like so many others, I learned to mask early. I pushed through exhaustion, ignored my nervous system, and told myself to try harder whenever things fell apart. Asking for help felt uncomfortable. Slowing down felt like failure. Resting felt undeserved.

Eventually, I reached a point where pushing through was not possible anymore. Learning about neurodivergence became my hyperfocus, so intense that it pulled me back into studying because I wanted to become the expert I wish I had.

Receiving my ADHD diagnosis later in life did not just bring clarity, it felt like a calling. Suddenly, everything made sense. Not only my struggles, but my strengths too. It became clear that this was not just something I needed to understand for myself, it was something I was meant to use to support others.
That moment ignited a passion that has shaped my life and work ever since.

Over the last couple of years, I faced the hardest chapter of my life. I lost both my mum and my nan to cancer within months of each other. It broke me, but I chose not to be defeated. I grabbed every opportunity with both hands because I knew that was what they would have wanted. That year I took my business to the next level. I stepped far out of my comfort zone. Every single day, I carry their memory as motivation to keep going, growing, and creating more impact.

It stripped everything back and forced me to confront what truly matters. It gave me a deep sense of urgency and purpose. I had to keep going, to honour them, and to follow my dreams while I can.

These experiences have strengthened my purpose. I am determined to build a life and career rooted in meaning, compassion, and impact. I want to show my beautiful daughter what it looks like to follow your dreams and purpose in life, to never let anything or anyone hold you back. I want her to be proud of me and to be the best role model I can be.

Today, my work is about helping people rebuild trust with themselves. I help them truly thrive in a life they feel aligned with without fear of reaching their full potential.

I support late-diagnosed and self-identified ADHD adults to understand how their brain works, reduce overwhelm, prevent burnout, and create sustainable change without shame, pressure, or judgement.

I believe clarity comes from self-understanding.
Confidence comes from self-trust.
And purpose is not something you find, it is something you live one aligned step at a time.

This is not just my profession. It is much more personal.
It is my purpose.
